Shipping Information If an order that needs to be sent overnight is in stock and placed before 3:00PM (EST), the package should arrive the next business day. Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or over the weekend will be processed Monday and if in stock, should arrive the next business day. Signatures are required for all deliveries for our customer’s own protection. Additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Roxbury Jewelry. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept all returns shipped back within 15 business days of the original shipment. The credit card charged will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping and handling. Please note that if a return exceeds the 15 day return timeframe, you will only be issued a credit. This credit may be applied towards your next purchase and the order must meet or exceed the original total amount. A credit can’t be processed for any remaining funds. Items must be in new condition, items showing unreasonable wear and tear will not receive full reimbursement.

On the front of the packing slip (enclosed with the purchase), note the reason for return. Please include all original items shipped with the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Please allow up to two to three weeks for a return process. Feel free to contact us to see if your return has been received and where it is in the return process. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

Custom Ring Sizes
