RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise returned within 7 business days after you receive your product qualifies for a full refund. Please enclose your NAME / EMAIL / INVOICE # with your item. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For items returned within the 7 day full refund period you will be credited the purchase price of the item only. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If your return is approved you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed and you will be credited for the purchase price of your item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are both non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Custom Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Items listed as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
